The Independent Inventor Program is open to K–12 students in Connecticut and Massachusetts who do not have access to Invention Convention through their traditional or non-traditional classroom or community organization. This program provides a flexible, alternative way to participate in invention education. At Home Learning Programs use a virtual platform to provide invention education resources both in small groups and asynchrony learning. Programs are available during the summer and school year.
Please Note: The At-Home Learning Programs are open to students worldwide.
To be eligible for the Connecticut or Massachusetts State Finals, students must be residents of CT or MA.
Connecticut residents must also submit their inventions to the annual Virtual Independent Invention Convention to qualify for the CT State Finals.
Visit our Connecticut or Massachusetts sites to learn more about programs for independent inventors. Please contact Bri Livingood (bri@nextminds.org) for any questions about joining.
